Local On Demand Production
Thank you for your interest in Conway Corporation’s video production department. Please read the following information carefully and click on the Production Request Form link below to submit your video production request.
Production Request
Conway Corporation’s production department follows a pre-determined production calendar for programs that will appear on Local On Demand (Channel 200), Channel 5, and other Conway Corporation channels.
Conway Corporation may be able to accommodate requests to tape an event for the purpose of airing it on Local VOD provided the programming meets all the following requirements, and the production department is not previously committed:
- Material is of interest to Conway area
- Material is appropriate for family viewing under local community standards
- Conway Corporation’s basic production costs are met by group requesting production
- As the program producer, Conway Corporation owns the rights to the program and reserves the right to schedule the program and its duration on any channel programmed by Conway Corporation
- There will be no fees or royalties paid to the organization from Conway Corporation for airing the program
- There will be no fees or royalties paid by Conway Corporation to participants in the event
- The organization will obtain all necessary permissions from participants appearing within the program and for copyrighted materials included in the program such as music, performance rights, trademark or patent rights
- Conway Corporation will maintain creative and directorial oversight of the production during all production phases including filming and editing
- Conway Corporation will not accept for-profit, business-related, event-related, and/or non-profit program submissions, whether placed through a contract with Conway Corporation or not, that include commercials or sponsorships in submitted product.
- Event and non-profit programming produced by Conway Corporation will be available on LVOD for two to four weeks
No event will be considered for production by Conway Corporation unless it meets the above requirements and the production request form is completed and submitted at least four (4) weeks in advance of the requested production date.

Placing productions on Local VOD
Programs produced by advertisers and submitted for placement on Conway Corporation’s Local VOD must meet the following criteria and may be placed using the rate schedule below.
- Material is appropriate for family viewing under local community standards
- There will be no fees or royalties paid to the organization from Conway Corporation for airing the program
- There will be no fees or royalties paid by Conway Corporation to participants in the event
- The organization will obtain all necessary permissions from participants appearing within the program and for copyrighted materials included in the program such as music, performance rights, trademark or patent rights
- Conway Corporation will not accept for-profit, business-related, event-related, and/or non-profit program submissions, whether placed through a contract with Conway Corporation or not, that include commercials or sponsorships in submitted product.
- LVOD space is limited. Placement for contracted LVOD program is based on availability.
