SETTING UP YOUR E-MAIL
Getting started is easy, once your modem is activated and your service is installed. If you have not signed up for an e-mail address with Conway Corporation, please call our Technical Support line at 501-450-6006 to register. Conway Corporation Broadband Internet subscribers can have up to four (4) e-mail addresses with their account. Additional addresses are available for an additional fee.
You will need to provide Conway Corporation with your desired Username and Password for each e-mail address you wish to set up. Both usernames and passwords need to be a minimum of six (6) characters and a maximum of sixteen (16) characters. Spaces and special characters are not permitted.
You may simply use our webmail server to access and send e-mail, or you can configure your e-mail to any other software you wish. The most popular is Microsoft Outlook. There are, however, many options: Outlook (2000, 2003, or 2007), Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, Incredimail, and many more.
