Outlook Express Email Instructions

    1. Open Outlook Express.
    2. Click the Tools menu, and select Accounts...
    3. Click Add, and then click Mail...

 OE1 

    1. Enter your name in the Display name: field, and click Next.
    2. Enter your full Conway Corporation email address (username@conwaycorp.net) in the Email address: field, and click Next…

 OE2 

    1. Enter pop.gmail.com in the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP2 or HTTP) server: field. Enter smtp.gmail.com in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: field.

 OE3 

    1. Click NEXT.
    2. Enter your full email address (including '@conwaycorp.net') in the Account name: field. Enter your email password in the Password: field, and click Next.

    1. Click Finish.
    2. Highlight pop.gmail.com under Account, and click Properties.

    1. Click the Advanced tab.
    2. Fill in the following information… 
      • Check the box next to This server requires a secure connection (SSL) under Outgoing Mail (SMTP).
      • Enter 465 in the Outgoing mail (SMTP): field.
      • Under Incoming mail (POP3), check the box next to This server requires a secure connection (SSL). The port will automatically change to 995.

    1. Return to the Servers tab, and check the box next to My server requires authentication.

    1. Click OK

            The Outlook Express configuration for your Conway Corporation email is complete.
