Password Change Instructions for Thunderbird on Macintosh
- Open Thunderbird
- Select "Thunderbird" from the menu bar
- Select "Preferences"
- Select the “Privacy” button from the top of the window
- Select the “Passwords” tab
- Select "Edit Saved Passwords" from the left side
- Select your email address from the middle of the window
- Select “Show Password”
- Select “Yes” if asked “Are you sure you wish to show your passwords?”
- Select “Remove”
- Close the window
- Close the window
- Select "Thunderbird" from the menu bar
- Select "Quit Thunderbird"
- Re-Open Mozilla Thunderbird
- When instructed “Enter your password for *your username* on mail.conwaycorp.net:” type in your new password
- Be sure the box to the left of “Use Password Manager to remember this password.” is selected
- Select “OK”
- You have successfully changed your password and can use your email as usual
