HBO free preview starts today

Looking forward to the weekend? Make it even better watching HBO for free on digital channels 301-307 or on HD channel 525.

Conway Corporation Digital and HD Cable subscribers will have a free preview of HBO from Friday, June 19 through Monday, June 22 so you can enjoy the highly-anticipated season 2 premiere of "True Detective" and the series premieres of brand-new shows "Ballers" and "The Brink."

Also this weekend, HBO will present first-run premieres of movies including Gone Girl, Edge of Tomorrow, Dolphin Tale 2, The Other Woman and more.

Ballers Looking at the lives of former and current football players, the show follows former superstar Spencer Strasmore (Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson) as he gets his life on track in retirement while mentoring other current and former players through the daily grind of the business of football. The series goes beyond the game and explores not only the challenges that current players face, but also takes a behind-the-scenes, real look into their lives both on and off the field.

The Brink This epic dark comedy focuses on a geopolitical crisis and its effect on three disparate, desperate men: Secretary of State Walter Larson (Tim Robbins), lowly Foreign Service officer Alex Talbot (Jack Black) and ace Navy fighter pilot Zeke Tilson (Pablo Schreiber), who must pull through the chaos around them to save the planet from World War Three.

True Detective A bizarre murder brings together three law-enforcement officers and a career criminal, each of whom must navigate a web of conspiracy and betrayal in the scorched landscapes of California. Ray Velcoro (Colin Farrell) is a compromised detective in the all-industrial City of Vinci, LA County. Frank Semyon (Vince Vaughn) is a criminal and entrepreneur in danger of losing his life’s work while his wife and closest ally (Kelly Reily) struggles with his choices and her own. Ani Bezzerides (Amy McAdams) is a Ventura County Sheriff’s detective often at odds with the system she serves, while Paul Woodrugh (Taylor Kitsch) is a war veteran and motorcycle cop for the California Highway Patrol who discovers a crime scene which triggers an investigation involving three law enforcement groups, multiple criminal collusions and billions of dollars.
