Setting up your email

Customers with existing Conway Corp emails can edit or change your password by clicking here

You will find instructions for setting up your email below. 

Customers must have previously created an email account. Conway Corp no longer offers email addresses.

  1. Tap on Settings.

  2. Tap on Passwords & Accounts.

  3. Tap on Add Account. Click Other at the bottom of the list of mail services.

  1. Tap on Add Mail Account

  2. On the New Account screen complete the following information:

  • ​​​Your name

  • Complete email address

  • Password

  • Description of your account to differentiate among other email addresses you may have set up on your iPhone.

  1. Tap Next in the top right corner

  2. On the New Account screen complete the following information

  • For incoming mail server and outgoing mail server:

    • Type mail.conwaycorp.net in Host Name

    • Type complete email address in User Name

    • Enter Password

 

  1. Tap Next in the top right corner

 

To set up a Calendar

  1. Tap on Settings.
  2. Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  3. Tap on Add Account. Click Other at the bottom of the list of mail services.
  4. Tap on Add CalDAV Account
  5. On the CalDAV screen (attached screenshot), enter
    • Server:                 mail.conwaycorp.net
    • Username:         username@conwaycorp.net
    • Password:           ***mail password***
    • Description:        mail.conwaycorp.net
  6. On the next screen, turn “Calendars” to ON.  The customer will be prompted to keep their local iPhone calendar or delete it based on their preference.  (Recommend keeping it.)
  7. Click SAVE.

 

To set up Contacts

  1. Tap on Settings.
  2. Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  3. Tap on Add Account. Click Other at the bottom of the list of mail services.
  4. Tap on Add CardDAV Account
  5. On the CardDAV screen, enter
    • Server:                 mail.conwaycorp.net
    • Username:         username@conwaycorp.net
    • Password:           ***mail password***
    • Description:        mail.conwaycorp.net
  6. The customer will be prompted to keep their local iPhone contacts or delete them based on their preference.  (Recommend keeping it.)
  7. The contacts should now be added.

 

  1. Open Outlook 2016.
  2. Click File in the top left corner.
  3. Select the email you want to check the settings for in the drop-down bar at the top of the screen.
  4. Click Account Settings.
  5. Click Server Settings in the drop-down menu. 
  6. Enter the incoming mail settings:
    1. User Name: Your complete email address.
    2. Password: Your password you use to log in to webmail
    3. Server Information: mail.conwaycorp.net
    4. Port: 993
    5. Encryption: SSL/TLS
    6. Secure Password Authentication: No
  7. Click Outgoing Mail
  8. Check outgoing mail settings:
    1. Server: mail.conwaycorp.net
    2. Port: 587
    3. Encryption: SSL/TLS
    4. Secure Password Authentication: No
    5. Outgoing server authentication: Yes, with the same settings as the incoming server.
  9. Click Next
  1. Open Outlook 2013.
  2. Click File...
  3. Make sure Info is highlighted at the top and click Add Account.
  4. When the Add New Account window opens click Manually configure server settings or additional server types.

  1. Click Next
  2. Choose POP or IMAP and click Next

  1. Under User Inforamtion fill in your name and your Conway Corporation email address
  2. Under Service Information fill in the following information
  • Account Type: IMAP
  • Incoming mail server: mail.conwaycorp.net
  • Outgoing mail server: mail.conwaycorp.net
  1. Under Logon Information enter your entire Conway Corporation email address in the User Name field and enter your password.
  2. Click More Settings to the right.

   

  1. Click the Outgoing Server tab.
  2. Check the box next to My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.

   

  1. Click the Advanced tab
  2. Under Server Port Numbers Incoming server (IMAP) change to 993 and from the drop down box next te Use the following type of encrypted connection choose SSL.
  3. Under Outgoing server (SMTP) enter 587 and from the drop down box Use the following type of encrypted connection choose TLS
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Next, and then click Finish.
  1. Open Outlook 2010
  2. Click File
  3. Make sure Info is highlighted at the top and click Add Account.
  4. When the Add New Account window opens click Manually configure server settings or additional server types.

  1. Click Next
  2. Choose Internet E-mail

  

  1. Click Next
  2. Under User Information fill in your name and Conway Corporation email address.
  3. Under Server Information  fill in the following information:
  •  Account Type:    IMAP
  • Incoming mail server:      mail.conwaycorp.net
  • Outgoing mail server:      mail.conwaycorp.net
  1. Under Logon Information enter your entire Conway Corporation email address in the User Name field and enter your password.
  2. Click More Settings to the right

   

  1. Click the Outgoing Server tab
  2. Check the box next to My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and the option Use same settings as my incoming mail server will automatically be chosen.

  

  1. Click on the Advanced tab
  2. Under Server Port Numbers below Incoming server (IMAP) type 993 and from the drop down the box next to Use the following type of encrypted connection choose SSL.
  3. Under Outgoing server (SMTP) change the port number to 587 and from the drop down the box next to Use the following type of encrypted connection choose TLS.   
  4. Click OK
  5. Click Next
  6. Click Finish
  1. Open Windows Live Mail.
  2. Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the window.
  3. Click on this  icon to begin configuring Windows Live Mail.  
  4. Fill in the following information:
    • Complete email address
    • Password
    • Display name
  5. Check the box next to Manually configure server settings.
  6. Click Next.

  

  1. On the Configure server settings screen under Incoming server information enter the following information:
  2. The Server type should be IMAP
  3. For Incoming server information
  • Enter mail.conwaycorp.net in the Server address field and change the the Port number to 993
  • Below the Server address field check the box next to Requires a secure connection (SSL)
  • Authenticate using Clear text should already be chosen.  If not drop that box down and choose Clear text.
  • Verify that under Logon user name your complete Conway Corporation email address is in that field. 
  1. Under the Outgoing server information
  • Check the box next to Requires a secure connection (SSL) and Requires authentication.
  • Enter mail.conwaycorp.net as the Outgoing server address and change the Port number to 587.
  1. Click Next.

   

Click Finish.

 

  • Open Thunderbird.
  • Click the Tools menu, and select Account Settings...
  • Click the Add Account... button to launch Account Wizard

  

  • Fill in the necessary fields to include the following information:
    • Your Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the From: field of outgoing messages.
    • Email Address: Enter your Conway Corporation email address.
    • Password: Enter your password.

 

  • Click Continue then the Manual Config button that will appear once you’ve clicked Continue.

  

  • Next to Incoming drop the box down and changeand select IMAP and the Server hostname is mail.conwaycorp.net.  Change the Port field to 993 and the SSL field will automatically change to SSL/TLS.  The Authentication will need to be changed to Normal password.
  • Next to Outgoing (SMTP) the Server hostname is mail.conwaycorp.net.  Change the Port field to 587 and the SSL field to Autodetect.  The Authentication will need to be changed to Autodetect.
  • In the Username field enter your entire Conway Corporation email address.
  • Click Create Account.

 

1. Go to Settings. 

2. Go to Accounts or Accounts and Backup. Depending on your phone, you might have to click Accounts again. 

3. Click +Add Account.

4. Type in your email address and click Next.

5. Type in your password and click Next. 

6. Incoming server settings screen: 

  • Verify username is full email address.
  • Type in mail.conwaycorp.net under Server. 
  • Click Next. 

7. Outgoing server settings screen:

  • Verify username is full email address.
  • Type in mail.conwaycorp.net under SMTP Server. 
  • Click Next. 

8. Choose how often to check for new mail and mail notification options. 

9. Click Next. 

10. Change your display name if desired. 

11. Click Next. 

  1. Launch System Preferences
  2. Click Internet Accounts

 

  1. Click on Add Another Account
  1. Choose Add a Mail account

  1. For Account Type select IMAP
  2. Enter the following information
  • Mail Server: mail.conwaycorp.net
  • User Name: Your complete Conway Corporation email address
  • Password: Your email password

  1. Click Next
  2. Enter your Name, Email Address and Password

 

  1. Enter in the following for“Outgoing Mail Server Info
  • SMTP Server: mail.conwaycorp.net
  • Username: Your complete conwaycorp email address
  • Password: your email password

  1. Start the Mac Mail App

  1. Go to Mail in the menu bar
  2. Select Preferences
  3. Go to the Accounts Tab and highlight your email address
  4. Select “Edit SMTP Server
  5. Highlight the server mail.conwaycorp.net
  6. At the bottom highlight the Advanced Tab
  7. Select the Authentication method as “Password”
  8. Enter your Complete conway corp email address as the User Name
  9. Enter your email password next.

1. Open Outlook.

2. Type in your email address.

3. Click Connect.

4. Type in your password. 

5. Click OK.
