Residential Customers will need to provide two forms of identification (At least one of the forms of identification must have a photograph of the applicant. Both forms of identification must originate from a government agency), a copy of your lease for renters, closing documentation with physical address for new home owners and any required deposit(s) and/or activation fees.
Commercial or Industrial Customers will need a copy of your federal tax ID, a copy of the business license or articles of incorporation, a copy of your lease and any required deposit(s) and/ or activation fees. The required deposit for commercial or industrial customers shall be determined by estimating the electric, water and wastewater billing for a two and one-half month period based on historical information, if available, or estimates and other billing determinants.
