What is watchTVeverywhere and how do I use it?

watchTVeverywhere is free with your Conway Corp cable subscription and gives customers the opportunity to enjoy programming from many of their favorite networks on personal computers, laptops, tablets, phones and other mobile devices. Customers can access TV Everywhere streaming services with your myConwayCorp credentials. What is my watchTVeverywhere primary account?

Your primary email account for watchTVeverywhere is the email account on file with Conway Corp. If you would like to change your primary account email, please contact us at 501-450-6000. 

Can I have secondary accounts with watchTVeverywhere?

Yes. You can create additional myConwayCorp accounts attached to your service address. These accounts will also have access to TV Everywhere content. 
 

What are parental controls and how do I use them?

Not every show is appropriate for every age group. Conway Corp parental controls give you the power to decide what content is appropriate for your children and your family and easily lets you control what they watch – even when you’re not around.

Activated by a PIN number, you can set parental controls on your cable box to control the programs or channels that can be viewed on your TV. You can even control access to OnDemand programs and Pay-Per-View content. For help setting up parental controls on your specific cable box, please call 501-450-6000.
 

What are the pro-rata charges included on my bill?

When new service is established or a change is made to your cable service, pro-rata charges will appear on your bill. Cable, Internet and telephone services are billed in advance. The pro-rata charge is the bill amount for the number of days between your sign-up date and the date of your regular billing cycle. Future bills will show the full standard monthly amount unless you make further changes to your account.

 

Conway Corp Channel 5 is the city’s source for local community programming and provides unique content exclusively for Conway Corp customers.  On Channel 5, you’ll find programming from community events and the Conway City Council plus locally produced programming like Channel 5 Sports, Burn, Mr. Foy’s Easel and more. Personal Trainer and Fitness Expert Robin Dayer has put together a series of 15-minute at-home workouts to help get viewers fit. Burn airs at 7 and 8 a.m. daily and at 8 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.

 

Going to the Dogs

Going to the Dogs gives viewers a look at life with pets - from summer safety and traveling tips to recipes for tasty treats. Viewers will also hear from representatives of local animal rescue centers. Hosted by Donna Clawson. The show airs at 7:45 a.m. and 9:15 p.m. daily.

 

Mr. Foy's Easel

Mr. Foy shares his basic cartooning skills with the audience, encouraging viewers to join in and draw along with him. The kids will enjoy "Mr. Foy's Easel" at 7:30 a.m. and 9 p.m. daily.

 

Western Classics

Conway Corp has rustled up some long forgotten Western Classics and added a little movie and old west trivia for viewers to enjoy. Catch these classics at 3 p.m. each Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and at 10:30 p.m. on Saturday.

 

Dish'n Dirt

Get hands on with agriculture in Faulkner County with Kami Marsh, Faulkner County's agriculture agent. Learn tips about how to prepare for the oncoming season and helpful connections around Faulkner County that can help you get the very best out of your plants from your farm to your garden. Join Kami Marsh at 8 a.m. and 6:45 p.m. daily for Dish'n Dirt.

 

Conway City Council and Planning Commission (Live)

Conway City Council meetings are broadcast live on Channel 5 from the district court building at 6:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Council committee meetings air at 5:30 p.m. A replay of the previous week's meeting airs on the first and third Tuesday.

Planning Commission meetings are broadcast live at 7 p.m. the third Monday of each month.

Once you've registered, view your favorite networks online or download network apps on your smartphone, tablet, computer or smart TV to start watching. Activations of new accounts can take 15-30 minutes, and you must subscribe to a network via your Conway Corp cable package in order to view its content through TV Everywhere. 

TV Everywhere Registration Instructions

  1. Go to my.ConwayCorp.com

  2. Visit the "New to myConwayCorp?" section to enter your account number, the amount due on your last statement and your email address. 

  3. Create a password and click "Sign Up". 

  4. An email will be sent with a link to complete the registration process. You must click the link to activate your registration. 

  5. Once sign up is complete, browse the list of available apps and services in the list below. 

  6. Visit your app store or your favorite network's website for the content you want to watch.

CABLE PRIVACY NOTICE

The Federal Cable Communications Act [47 U.S.C. 551] contains certain provisions regarding the collection and disbursement of personally identifiable information by cable television operators. In accordance with those provisions, Conway Corp collects and maintains personally identifiable information concerning customers. That information includes, among other things, your name, address, phone number, billing records, service maintenance and repair records, subscriber selection subscription information, marketing information and customer complaints.

Personally identifiable information is generally used for the normal business purpose of offering and rendering cable television service and other services to you. Some persons have access to such information, when necessary, in connection with our business or when otherwise desirable. Access may be on a day-to-day basis. Those people who have access include cable system employees, businesses which provide services to the cable system, such as our accountants, billing and collection services, program and program guide providers where applicable, program services which will periodically audit subscription information. The cable system will not maintain such information after it is no longer necessary for carrying on our business.

As a customer, you may review any personal information held by us which pertains to you if you give us a reasonable period of time to locate and, if necessary, prepare information for review. Preparation is sometimes necessary to avoid disclosure of information relating to other customers. If you wish to review your personal information, please contact us by letter or telephone to arrange for a review. The review will be at our 650 Locust Street office. You may request correction of any errors in personal information which we collect and maintain pertaining to you. Federal law prohibits collecting any personally identifiable information other than information necessary to carry on our business or to detect theft of service, unless you consent.

To the extent that we are permitted to collect personally identifiable information, we are permitted to disclose such information only to the extent necessary to conduct our business. Conway Corp does not disclose your name and address for non-cable service related mailing lists. Conway Corp is permitted to contact you regarding cable television services. We may do this directly or contract with an outside company to do this solely for the benefit of Conway Corp. If you do not wish to be contacted even in limited situations described above, or if you wish to limit the circumstances in which we will disclose it, please obtain, fill out and return a no contact form from our Prairie Street office.

Except as indicated in the preceding paragraph, we may not disclose personally identifiable information without your consent, unless we are required to do so by court order. If we are served with a court order requiring disclosure of personally identifiable information concerning a customer, we will inform the customer before any information is released. Under some circumstances, a governmental entity may seek a court order to obtain personally identifiable information from the cable system concerning a cable customer. The customer must be given an opportunity to consent to issuance for such an order. A governmental entity may, however, be given information authorized under titles 119, 121 or 206 of Title 18 (U.S.C.) but shall not include subscriber selection of video programming.

Any person aggrieved by an act of a cable operator in violation of these federal limitations on the collection and disclosure of personally identifiable information may bring a civil action in a United States District Court to enforce the limitations.
